1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding contract between Tuesday Links Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you. By completing an online reservation, submitting a written registration form, or making payment against an invoice issued by us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply to the exclusion of any other terms or conditions which you may seek to impose or incorporate, or which are implied by trade, custom, practice, or course of dealing. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail.
In these Terms, “you” and “your” refer to the lead-named person on the booking confirmation (who must be at least 18 years old at the time of booking) and all participants included in the booking.
2. Communication
We communicate primarily by email and, once the Signature Journey has commenced, by telephone or text message. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are accurate and kept up to date. We are not responsible for any loss arising from incorrect or outdated contact information.
3. Payment, Reservation and Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total booking price is due within seven (7) days of booking confirmation. The remaining balance of 60% is due no later than 90 days prior to the Signature Journey start date.
All payments must be made in GBP using the payment methods specified on your invoice.
Late or Non-Payment
If any payment is not received by the due date, Tuesday Links Ltd reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you. In such circumstances, we may retain all payments made up to that point as cancellation charges, cancel the booking without further notice, and resell the space(s) without any liability to you.
4. Financial Protection
Tuesday Links Ltd is a member of Protected Trust Services (PTS) (membership number 6422). All customer payments are held in a secure, ring-fenced HSBC trust account administered by independent external trustees. You may verify our membership directly with Protected Trust Services.
5. What Is Included in the Experience
Your Signature Journey includes only those services expressly confirmed in writing in your booking confirmation or invoice. This may include accommodation, golf tee times, transfers, hosted services, meals, or excursions where specifically stated.
Unless expressly included, the Signature Journey does not include flights, travel insurance, visas, vaccinations, gratuities, caddie fees, personal expenses, optional activities, or any other services not detailed in your confirmed itinerary.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Total Cancellation
If you cancel your booking, the following charges apply:
Up to 112 days prior to departure: all supplier cancellation charges plus an administrative fee of 10% of the booking value plus VAT.
91–60 days prior: all supplier cancellation charges plus an administrative fee of 15% plus VAT.
59–32 days prior: all supplier cancellation charges plus an administrative fee of 20% plus VAT.
31–0 days prior or no-show: 100% of the booking value plus all supplier charges and an administrative fee of 25% plus VAT.
Any non-refundable or non-transferable supplier payments (including green fees or accommodation deposits) are included within cancellation charges.
Partial Cancellation
If you cancel individual elements of your booking, you will be responsible for all associated supplier cancellation charges. Any refundable amounts will be subject to a 10% administration fee.
7. Transfer of Booking
Requests to transfer a booking to another person must be made in writing and are subject to the prior written consent of Tuesday Links Ltd, which may be withheld at our discretion.
Where a transfer is approved:
All supplier amendment or substitution charges must be paid by you;
An administration fee of up to 15% of the total booking value (inclusive of VAT where applicable) will apply;
The proposed transferee must meet all booking requirements and accept these Terms in full;
Transfers will not be permitted where suppliers prohibit name changes or services are non-transferable;
Until confirmed in writing, the original lead booker remains fully liable for the booking.
8. Changes by Tuesday Links Ltd
If, before departure, we are required to make a significant change to an essential element of your Signature Journey (including accommodation, golf courses, dates, or key itinerary elements), we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable.
You will have the option to:
Accept the proposed change;
Accept an alternative arrangement of a comparable standard (where available); or
Cancel the booking and receive a refund of monies paid, less any non-refundable or irrecoverable supplier costs already incurred.
No compensation shall be payable for any changes made, and we shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect losses, including loss of enjoyment or additional expenses. Where changes arise due to events beyond our reasonable control or third-party supplier actions, refunds will be limited to amounts recovered from suppliers.
9. Passport, Visa and Health Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that you hold a valid passport, any required visas, and that you comply with health and vaccination requirements. We accept no liability for costs or losses arising from failure to meet these requirements.
10. Weather Conditions
No refunds will be given for adverse or unsuitable weather conditions.
11. Photography and Media
You consent to photographs, video, or audio recordings taken during the Signature Journey being used by Tuesday Links Ltd for operational, promotional, or marketing purposes, without compensation.
12. Conduct and Participation
You agree to behave responsibly and respectfully toward staff, suppliers, other participants, and facilities. Any damage caused through negligence or misconduct must be reimbursed. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without refund.
13. Supplier Responsibility
Tuesday Links Ltd acts solely as an organiser and coordinator of services provided by independent third-party suppliers. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or defaults of any supplier, including accommodation providers, golf courses, transport providers, or activity operators.
14. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Subject to this, Tuesday Links Ltd’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your booking or Signature Journey shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for the booking.
15. Insurance
We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, baggage loss, force majeure events, and activities including golf. You are responsible for carrying your policy details with you.
16. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, government restrictions, natural disasters, extreme weather, or supplier insolvency. In such circumstances, refunds will be limited to monies recoverable from suppliers.
17. Complaints and Escalation
Any complaints must be raised as soon as reasonably possible during the Signature Journey to allow us the opportunity to address them. If a complaint cannot be resolved at the time, it must be submitted in writing within 28 days of the end of the Signature Journey, including full details and supporting evidence where applicable.
Failure to follow this procedure may affect our ability to investigate the complaint and may reduce or extinguish any entitlement to compensation or remedy.
18. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
