Tuesday Links – Signature Journey Terms and Conditions

By completing an online reservation, written registration form, or making payment against an invoice from us, you accept these terms and conditions as a binding contract between Tuesday Links Ltd and yourself. In this contract, "you" and "your" include the lead-named person on the confirmation invoice (at least 18 years old at booking) and all participants included in the booking.

E-mail and Other Contact Information We communicate primarily by e-mail, and once the Signature Journey starts, by text and phone. Please notify us of any changes to your contact details.

Payment, Reservation & Deposit Deposit: 40% of the total Signature Journey cost is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). Balance: Remaining 60% is due 90 days prior to the Signature Journey.

Payment Methods: Payments are made securely via Protected Payment Services in GBP.

Cancellations and Refunds 8.1 The following cancellation charges apply for total cancellation of a Booking:

8.1.1 Up to 112 (16 weeks) days prior to journey: all supplier cancellation charges plus an administrative fee of 10% of the Booking cost plus VAT.

8.1.2 Between 91 and 60 days prior to journey: all supplier cancellation charges plus an administrative fee of 15% of the Booking cost plus VAT.

8.1.3 Between 59 and 32 days prior to journey: all supplier cancellation charges plus an administrative fee of 20% of the Booking cost plus VAT.

8.1.4 Between 31 and 0 days prior to journey, or no-show without prior notice: full Booking cost plus all supplier charges and an administrative fee of 25% plus VAT.

Supplier Deposits: Confirmation of the Booking by us, plus any additional deposits required as detailed and itemised in the Quote (e.g., a 100% payment for green fees at specific courses where this is non-refundable and non-transferable), are included in cancellation charges.

Partial Cancellation of Services: In the event you cancel individual elements of your journey (e.g., specific golf courses, hotel nights, or excursions), you will be liable for all supplier cancellation charges related to those services. Any refundable amounts will be subject to a 10% administration fee.

Extras: Additional services or “extras” not listed in the Booking must be paid by you. Refunds for eligible deposits incur a 10% administration fee.

Journey Cancellation by Tuesday Links Ltd: We reserve the right to cancel if a minimum number of participants is not met. In such cases, a full refund of all monies paid will be issued.

Passport, Visa and Health Requirements: You must hold a valid passport and any necessary visas. Tuesday Links Ltd is not liable for costs or losses due to visa or health issues.

Weather Conditions: No refunds will be offered due to poor weather.

Photography / Media Release: You consent to photographs, videos, or audio recordings that may include your name, likeness, or voice for use by Tuesday Links Ltd in current or future journeys or marketing.

Consent, Release, Waiver, and Disclaimer: You voluntarily participate and assume all risks. You are responsible for your actions, following instructions, and providing relevant health information. Emergency medical intervention consent is granted if necessary.

Limitation of Liability, Indemnification & Release of Claims: Tuesday Links Ltd is not liable for accidents, theft, travel delays, or illness, except in cases of gross negligence. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tuesday Links Ltd and its representatives.

Signature Journey Code of Conduct: Participants must act respectfully toward facilitators, staff, other participants, and facilities. Negligent, reckless, or willful damage must be reimbursed. Violations may result in removal from the journey or future bookings.

Insurance We highly recommend purchasing robust travel insurance covering cancellation, baggage loss, accidents, health issues, travel restrictions, force majeure, outbreaks of disease or war, and activities such as golf. Carry policy details with you.

Liability: Tuesday Links Ltd is not liable for supplier failures, weather, or uncontrollable events except in cases of gross negligence.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by UK law and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
